Susan Cramm
Susan Cramm is an award winning author and executive IT leadership coach. Her company, Valuedance, works with Fortune Global 200 clients, including Toyota and Sony. She speaks at numerous IT conferences and is author of the HBS Publishing blog Have IT Your Way.
Cramm is the former CFO and executive VP at Chevy's Mexican Restaurants . She also was CIO and VP of the Information Technology Group and Senior Director for Financial and Strategic Planning at Taco Bell. Susan received her Master's degree in Management from Northwestern University and her BA from UCSD.
John R. Rymer
John R. Rymer is a VP and Principal Analyst of the middleware industry on business rules application platforms and infrastructure software applications at Forrester Research. Peter Cole
Peter Cole founded Green Hat in 1996 and today serves as President and CTO. Prior to Green Hat, Peter saw first hand how the lack of automated testing for integration created business failures, project delays and negative impact on cost and productivity. Peter has pioneered multiple innovations for SOA and integration testing, including simulation. Working directly with customers and partners, Peter directs Green Hat to deliver technology and processes that support the rapidly changing SOA ecosystem and requirements.

Sean Valcamp is currently the Information Technology Director and Enterprise Architect for Avnet, Inc, a high-tech distributor based in Phoenix, AZ. Sean is a pioneer in Services Oriented Architecture, leading Avnet’s global implementation beginning in the late 1990’s. For the past 8 years Sean has provided the strategic and operational guidance to mature Avnet’s SOA practice. Today, Avnet’s SOA implementation is one of the most mature in the industry supporting full service life cycle management along with Business Process Optimization and SOA Governance.
Along with 19 years of experience in the technology industry, Sean has an Associates degree as a Programmer Analyst and a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.

Leo Shuster is responsible for SOA strategy and execution at National City Bank. Mr. Shuster has over 15 years of IT experience. Throughout his career, he has performed a variety of roles with primary emphasis on application development and architecture. Mr. Miko Matsumura, co-author of "SOA Adoption for Dummies", served as the founding chair of the SOA Adoption Blueprints Technical Committee and is the organizer of the SOA Link Interoperability Initiative. Currently, Miko is VP and Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Software AG.
